MINUTES OF THE 14TH IUIS COUNCIL MEETING BUDAPEST
The 14th Council Meeting was convened on April 15, 1978 at 9 a.m. at the Hotel Budapest in Budapest. The President, Prof.
Sela opens the meeting and welcomes the council members and observers present:
