Dr. Nossal called the meeting to order at 9:10 AM and the participants introduced themselves.
I Minutes
The minutes of the 26th meeting of the IUIS Council - previously circulated - were approved. It was decided that after giving Council members a brief time to review a draft, future minutes would be considered formally accepted after approval of the officers of the IUIS.
